I would like to lodge a complaint about the poor service of
my streamyx account. It has been two days since the internet
speed is below par. The following is the reading that I got
from testing the speed using Broadband speedtest and
Diagnostics:

Your current download speed is: 223.00kbps

Your current upload speed is: 142.00kbps

For your information I am subscribing the 1mbps plan.
I know that I will not by any chance get that speed but
to be given this kind of speed is unbecoming on TM's part.

I do hope that my complaint will be look upon without
prejudice. Thank you in advance.
